20.01.2022 UPDATE: I’m out of hospital and back on deck, back in the gym in a few days. Cert 3 is going well and in the new year will be offering veterans FREE advice and mentoring to get you in the gym. I’m in the Gym (World Gym Townsville) Monday to Sunday between 8 and 9 am if anyone wants to catch up. PS - I get no kick backs from the gym for this, but it is the best gym in Townsville. This philosophy changed my life and can change yours. Please share with any veterans you think wi...ll benefit. Check out the before and after photos. 10.01.2022 I’m off to hospital on Friday and will be upgrading my Cert III Fitness Certificate while I recover. In January I’ll be back on deck with a series of tips specifically aimed at helping veterans with mental health issues developing the mind muscle connection. Please pass this on to any of your mates that may benefit. I’ll be training out of World Gym Townsville and free to help anyone where I can. Thanks to Matt West for your mentoring.

05.01.2022 2019 is my transition year. After 20+ years bouncing through infantry battalions I’m look to build a career in fitness and motivation specifically designed to help veterans! Stay tuned.
