Take a minute to think about how your little ones are coping - and what support they may need. Using Apps for strategies to manage anxiety is incredibly easy for parents to access and implement with their children.... We love the Teddy Bear Breathing strategy discussed in the article. So simple and effective. Hint: taking the time to do some of these exercises with your child doubles up as time you will also be reducing your stress! Deep breathing and mindfulness for everyone!! 15.01.2022 Today we received these magnificent flowers from a client we helped over a year ago. After reaching an agreement at mediation, the client and her then husband had resolved all their financial matters. They had a complex property pool, but navigated it all over two mediation sessions. This client has now purchased her own place and with the 'dust settling' wanted to say thank you. We constantly feel grateful to be able to assist clients and their families following a separation or divorce, and today extra-grateful as we became aware of the long-term positive impacts that mediation had for this client and her family.
