07.01.2022 One of the most common complaints that clients have about other support coordinators is that they don’t understand them or they don’t support them in the way they want to be supported. Treat your appointment of your support coordinator like a job interview. Have a think about what you would like them to do, and how you would like them to go about it. Discuss this with them. Ask lots and lots of questions. Regardless of who you decide to appoint, try to ensure you get someone who will give you the help you will need. It’s important because you’re important.
