03.01.2022 There is another retreat in motion, a ladies winter retreat in the Numinbah Valley It’s called Crystal Waters, as the cliffs slowly give way, the river reveals many crystals from ancient volcanic times and you’re welcome to take one home! States the owner... There’s something completely magical about this ancient valley nested in between both the Springbrook and Binna Burra National Parks, this retreat will be around the end of July and it will be 3 nights starting on the... Friday, I will be teaching Yoga, and meditation will also be offered, but this retreat we will be taking walks in the rain forest, visiting the glow worm caves, Kinesiology for those who would like a treat (extra) crafting all weekend, bonfires and maybe some fire twirling for those who would love to try it out, all food and maybe a cocktail or two will be provided, this isn't just a yoga and meditation retreat its a ladies connection retreat the price will be $680pp and there is only 8 spots, I will be taking a non refundable 50% dep upon booking, so let me know if your interested and the rooms are sharing..
