We have been acknowledged in recent industry circulations has being consistently rated highly by other peers within the PEXA (Electronic Conveyancing) Network, which is so positive to hear. Focus Settlements were one of the groundbreakers in WA for electronic settlements, assisting with testing and trial settlements in the state from the very early days, so to ha...ve this kind of feedback from other companies within our industry is fantastic news. Secondly, Focus Settlements are also proud to say we were nominated as a finalist in the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division for the Betty Quelch award in 2019! We are opposite the ANZ Branch, on the first floor, with our entrance on Grand Boulevard next to Hello World.
