The job involved high pressure cleaning each tile to remove years of use and rust from overhead steel beams, then machine scrubbing with acid and a final pressure clean. Once dry apply 3 coats of clean satin sealer, as per pictures the results are good but in real life are amazing. The area is around 250m2 and consumed 120 plus man hours.
