09.01.2022 Now this type of house is one in a million and the view and location is unreal. The job involved high pressure cleaning each tile to remove years of use and rust from overhead steel beams, then machine scrubbing with acid and a final pressure clean. Once dry apply 3 coats of clean satin sealer, as per pictures the results are good but in real life are amazing. The area is around 250m2 and consumed 120 plus man hours.
