06.01.2022 Form is something that many people have misinterpreted. They usually MIMIC or COPY the external actions of another person, so-called expert or supposed trainer. Two crucial flaws exist with this mimic concept. Firstly it is nothing more than a superficial, external movement that the participant engages in with the blind hope that because THEY (The Trainer) said so this will work for them (The Participant). Secondly it is my whole-hearted belief that as a FOCUS trainer it is... my job to teach the client to use and feel their own body to make said form work for them, even if it means that the external look of the technique is vastly different in look as the way I would personally do it. It is my job to teach you how to train yourself not become my clone or parrot. #FTS #MindMuscleConnection
