24.01.2022 Hi Lovely People Some of you may know me, to some of you i am a complete stranger.. but lets not stay strangers ! i would love to get to know and help as many people as i can ! For a while now i have been very passionate about helping people with improving themselves in a healthy way, both mind and body. ... Over the next few weeks i will be starting to put out my programs, these will be offered over PDF files, phone calls and 1 on 1 sessions. 15.01.2022 Diets Lets talk about diets I am a huge believer that diets do not work! You can not just eat healthy and loose weight, have healthier skin or achieve body shape goals. However, i do believe that eating the correct food can really help motivate you towards fitness, make you feel amazing and help with health problems! My goal for you is to find the right foods and drinks that suit your body, make you feel energetic and well and not tired or sick, because food can... do that! And find foods that really help motivate you to achieve your fitness goals! Water is one of the best things for your body! Not only does water keep you hydrated, it is amazing for your skin! It helps you feel active and is super refreshing after a long workout! I personally feel that if i eat a healthy meal, or know what im going to have something yummy and healthy that day, that ill think to myself oo im going to go for a run before dinner so i feel even healthier or i might go to the gym after lunch because those foods always make me feel so energetic So if you are looking to find the perfect meal plan for yourself jump into my inbox and lets get started!
