Even though we come to this world with a personality it is our surrounding, culture, and more which model the adults we’ll become. What if they had taught us Yoga since childhood, what if we have had the access to this knowledge since we were young probably we would’ve have a lot for of skills for the adult life. If you have kids around try to share time with them, you can share some Yoga with them but at the same time they’ll teach you more about the simple things in life which we forget with time. 22.01.2022 Importance of breathing Breathing is a process to which we pay very little attention. It happens automatically, without concious participation , but at the same time, most people breathe incorrectly. But is there a wrong way to breathe, if breathing is a spontaneous action of our body? The answer is that our breathing muscles become lazy and stop providing optimal inhalation and exhalation. Our whole life is completely dependent on breathing. If we stop breathing, life leaves... the body. Life and breath are closely related to each other. Pranayama provides the foundation for correcting the incorrect patterns of breathing that we all have developed over the years of non attention on our breath. 01.01.2022 Yes, it’s true that Kindergarten has transformed into First Grade. Yes, children will need to learn academics, listen and sit still. But that certainly doesn’t ...mean that these lessons should be straight-jacketed onto them in the toddler and preschool years. In fact, the funneling down of structured learning is all the more reason to let children play while they can. We must fiercely protect this precious, ever shrinking window of time for our children.
