12.01.2022 Karijini National Park in the Pilbara region of north west Australia is a favourite place of ours and we can't resist a visit as we return to this part of Australia after a six year gap. Read about it in our latest blog post.

11.01.2022 Love the trees in the village of Mossman in tropical Far North Queensland. We visited the markets there this morning to get some fresh produce.

09.01.2022 Updates to WhitefellaWalkabout.com After nearly eight years on the road everything came to a grinding halt when the Coronavirus shut pretty much all of our trav...el options down. We had flights booked back to Africa to pick up our Landcruiser and amble around for another eight months in South Africa, eSwatini, Lesotho, Namibia, Angola, Zambia and Botswana. Well that didn’t work out did it! While we haven’t been able to travel we have taken the opportunity to give the website a major makeover. My photographic Portfolio has been refreshed and the images will be rotated every four to eight weeks. I’ll post something here when that happens so you know when there’s something new to look at. As the name suggests the Portfolio contains what I consider to be my best photos. As I grow as a photographer my ideas do change quite a bit, so this collection will change shape as this happens. We have also added a much bigger collection of Travel Journal Photos to the website which provide context and help me remember all the amazing experiences and places we have visited. There are hundreds of photos in Travel Photos and you can view these as slideshows when you visit each destination. Here’s a link to the India Photos to illustrate this. https://www.whitefellawalkabout.com/p281930443/he8b321eb If you would like a print of any of these images then please feel free to contact me. If I don’t respond within a day then I am probably out bush with no phone signal. I promise I’ll get in touch as soon as possible.

04.01.2022 Time to travel Outback. After stopping in Geraldton for the Covid Lockdown we had the urge to visit red dirt country. Read about it here!
