10.01.2022 Christmas party preparations are in full swing. I am making some yummy naughty and nice nibbles. I invite you to bring a plate to share if you are called too.... It will be much appreciated. We will have lucky door prizes, activities and even some great specials on offer. Sarah from Sarah's Leggings will be there with her beautiful yoga pants. These come in all sizes up to size 24. I might even have something very exciting to share with you tomorrow night...stay tuned. Plan to come between 4pm and 7pm with activities starting at 4.30pm. We have smudge making workshop which you can participate in (first 5 gifted a kit or you can purchase one for $10). There is an incense cone demonstration and for a small fee you can make your own. Mindful rock painting is available as a free activity all night so you can take some silent time and create your own Zen Rock. I look forward to sharing in the spirit of Christmas with you all.

For the first 5 people - we will be offering an opportunity to learn how to make your own smudge stick (you get to take it home as an extra gift) For the next 5 people - you will learn how to make your own incense cones (which you also get to take home) So make sure that you arrive early as these mini workshops will kick off at 4pm.

Karen is going to offer a smudge making workshop - the FIRST 5 people to ...arrive will be gifted this workshop from me to you. Anyone else can join in for a small fee to cover the costs of the herbs. I will be offering an Incense Cone making demonstration. The first 10 people will receive a gift pack that has some yummy gifts including incense. You can join me to make your own or you can wait until you get home. The Mindful Rock painting station will also be open for those that want to try their hand at some Zen time. This is free and will be lots of fun for everyone who attends. I would love to know who plans on coming so I can have plenty of goodies for everyone.
