22.01.2022 I have a job for a client to copy many old Beta tapes to digital some of the tapes are approaching 40yrs old. The challenge is to keep the 35.year old VCR going . Using a mic stand to hold the play button on. aiso I kept the lid off to access the video heads for constantly cleaning as the old oxide tapes shread particles. Despite all this the end result has been very good.
