12.01.2022 Hi folks, hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. For those wondering if we will be open for dine in we're sorry to report that we will NOT be available for dine in. Apologies to those that have been looking forward to dining in, but given our small foot print the current guidelines would only allow 6 patrons at a time. Given this, we've decided to defer opening the dining space until further notice. Our pickup and delivery services are of course still operating and we'd ...like to take this opportunity to thank-you all for your ongoing support - we are forever grateful! A reminder too that online ordering is now available from our website www.fongskitchen.com.au, which helps us maintain our margins as opposed to leaking them to the big online ordering platforms. 10.01.2022 Dear customers, Firstly we hope you and your loved ones are all staying safe and healthy. The situation we all find ourselves in is obviously very fluid and we will all need to adapt to new ways of working. As such we are bringing forward our Winter trading hours, which means we will be closed on Tuesdays until further notice. In the meantime we will keep monitoring the advice from government and adapt our trading as required.... We are otherwise business as usual, so can I please ask that you continue to support all our local hospitality businesses. We really encourage you to use this to help reduce our reliance on the big ordering platforms. Ordering hours are the same as are the areas we deliver to: Williamstown, Williamstown North, and Newport. Hope you enjoy using it and keen to hear your feedback. Of course ordering over the phone is still completely acceptable!

08.01.2022 Hi folks, after a review of the guidelines (and our floorspace!) we are happy to announce that we'll be able to seat up to 15 for dine in service. Social distancing rules remain so this number may vary based on the group size and how each group is seated. Please note that as per the guidelines we will need to take down your name and phone number. Look forward to seeing you all - just not all at once!

07.01.2022 Hello again dear customers, I don't think we've ever posted this regularly in all our years of business! We're not entirely sure what non-essential means either for the hospitality business but given the small size of our restaurant it makes sense to stop table service until further notice. As such we are now pick-up and delivery only - available through Menulog or phone. Can we also ask that payments are made via eftpos or credit to maintain social distancing. If you'd pre...fer to stay outside when picking up your order just let our friendly staff know and we'll come out with your order and the eftpos machine. We're otherwise taking extra precautions such as regularly wiping down counters, benchtops, and other contact points. A reminder again that we'll be trading on Winter hours from next week on, which means we'll be closed on Monday and Tuesday, otherwise usual trading hours apply except again - we will be pickup and delivery only. 02.01.2022 Hooray Melbourne!! We're pumped to be opening for dine in but we'll need a couple of days to prepare and clean our dining area, so we'll be open for dine in from this Friday, 30th October. As you all know there are still restrictions in place which limit the number of guests we're allowed seated, so please understand if we cannot accommodate. As before we'll need to grab your contact details on admission unless of course you're just coming in to pickup your takeaway! ...
