24.01.2022 With 34% of Fonterra farms now having Farm Environment Plans, we're making good progress. But we know that the journey towards on-farm sustainability is a long one, which is why we are always looking for ways to improve. https://www.newshub.co.nz//sustainability-front-of-mind-as

23.01.2022 Getting stuck in - pictured are our Environmental Team members from our South Island sites helping to plant trees at the Sinclair Wetlands south of Dunedin. A great way to build team culture and give back to the community while helping to improve the environment.

22.01.2022 The lads are looking good, right? Bit of 5'oclock shadow. Did you know70% of men say their friends can rely on them for support, but only 48% say that they rely on their friends. In other words: we’re here for our mates, but worried about asking for help for ourselves. Reaching out is crucial. Follow them on our Instagram as they grow their mos over the month. If you post photos of yourself or of the men in your life and tag us, we’ll come on your mo-journey too. Movember Movember New Zealand

21.01.2022 The FACTS. The King of Hearts is the only king in a deck of cards without a moustache. Moustaches can absorb 20% of their own weight in liquid, making them very handy in the event of spillage. The average man spends six months of his life shaving and moustache grooming.... But, Movember is much more than just celebrating the fun facts. Start the conversation. These lads are. Watch the videos of them speaking about Movember on the Fonterra Instagram. 15.01.2022 As a New Zealand farmer owned co-op, with employees spread right across regional New Zealand, Fonterra is part of many communities. 10.01.2022 Here is the first in a series of stories from our people: Our Whnau - Te Reo Te Rangi T - Tanker Driver, Waikato "Pretty much my whole lifes been spent on the road. Im always coming, going, or on the way. So its no surprise that Ive had a long career in the transport industry. Yip, that sounds about right to me. ... When I was growing up, life was tough. I probably experienced things some kids would not want to experience growing up. I decided I wanted to break that cycle, so at 17 I joined the NZ Army. I didnt expect it, but it had kids from the same situation as myself, and so they became my family for more than 12 years whilst I was there. They are still my Brothers and Sisters from another Mother. When I left, I knew that working in transport was another make or break moment to do something good with my life. But those long shifts on the road arent easy on you or the family and my early jobs took a pretty big toll, especially on the kids. I wish that could have been a bit different. Driving for a living, theres a lot of time to reflect. It made me want to tap into my roots and give back, and for me those roots were the Army. Ive been a volunteer with the Order of St John for 17 years, including the last 7 years, with the New Zealand Cadet Forces. As a New Zealand Cadet Force Officer, we see kids come and go that remind me of myself. The Cadets are full of kids just like I was. We teach them how to be safe, how to be New Zealands next leaders. Its life changing for them, just like it was for me. These days, you wont actually find me too far from home. Driving for Fonterra means I dont have to travel those long distances. I can finally sit still and watch my kids grow up. I sometimes go down to their school and have lunch with them - we all think thats pretty cool. Some of the other kids get envious. My kids come with me to the St Johns events and volunteer their time too, showing big and little kids alike around the ambulance. Its nice to be able to share those lessons, make other people feel good, show respect for the jobs and roles we play in the community. And yeah, its nice to finally stop moving too."
