15.01.2022 Our great volunteers busy at work, making yummy potato & corn patties. 76 meals going to families in need tonight. Warm vanilla passionfruit muffins, fresh oranges, cruskits, organic baby porridge and boxes of tictacs were also going out in tonights bags.

13.01.2022 We got some great donations on Wednesday!!!! We are still in need of self-raising flour, eggs, margarine, sugar, cans of tomatoes and tuna, and pasta.

13.01.2022 Yesterday, some of our committed volunteers attended the Food Security Forum hosted by Healthy Cities Onkaparinga at the civic center. We had a stall and baked some yummy muffins to showcase some of the food we make. At the same time, another bunch of our volunteers made meals and muffins for 82 families and individuals in crisis shelters. Well done everybody!

10.01.2022 Tonight's dinners were delicious! Rissoles with potato salad plus a fresh green salad for each family. Lemon and poppy seed scones. Bags of cherry tomatoes and oranges. Fresh bread.

10.01.2022 Michelle and her children brought in some fantastic donations from residents of Old Noarlunga today. Beautiful fresh kale, coriander, parsley, spinach, pumpkins, lemons, passionfruit and mint - and lots of it... Thanks to everyone's generosity, we can continue to cook delicious meals for families in Domestic Violence and Homelessness Crisis Shelters.
