17.01.2022 What makes a great food truck? I think the best food trucks are those that specialise in one thing. They offer a few items and do it well! The focus should be q...uality over quantity right? So I always recommend that food trucks participating in Food Truck Rumble limit their menu to a few items so its more manageable when serving a large crowd and you smash out what you do best! At Food Truck Rumble 2017, vendors can serve their usual dishes but Im also asking for a SPECIAL RUMBLE DISH to give attendees the opportunity to try something different, a dish that normally isnt on their menu but represents what they are about.
