22.01.2022 Zongzi, Bak Zhang also known as rice dumplings or sticky rice dumplings is a traditional Chinese dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with fillings ( pork, mushroom, chestnut, black eye beans with or without salted egg yolk) and wrapped in bamboo leaves. Traditionally eaten during Dragon Boat Festivals but here at Foodber, we are very lucky we can get to enjoy this special dish all year round!
