In this recipe @jessie_spiby has paired them beautifully with a Browned Miso Butter, beautiful native salad ingredients and edible blooms. 21.01.2022 I’m not hungry, I don’t want a snack said no child in ISO ever. Snacks all day, every day at our place. This has zucchini in it so it’s technically a vegetable bake.... in the same kind of way that wine is fruit juice.... Pre-heat oven to 150 / grease 2 loaf tins 3 cups of plain or whole meal flour sifted 1/2t salt, 1t BiCarb, 1/2t baking powder... 1t cinnamon, 1/2 a freshly grated nutmeg 2 cups white sugar, 1/2 cup raw sugar 1/2 cup Honey 3 eggs beaten lightly 200ml Rice Bran Oil 2t Vanilla Essence 2 medium zucchini grated. 1/4cup oats, 1T raw sugar, 1/2t cinnamon Sift the flour with the salt, bicarb, baking powder, cinnamon + nutmeg. Add the sugars Mix the oil, honey, vanilla + beaten eggs. Add to dry ingredients along with the grated zucchini Mix well and pour into the two tins. Mix together oats with the remaining sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on top. Bake for 1hr. Eat fresh with ricotta, mint + drizzled honey or slice when hot and eat with tons of butter. See more

02.01.2022 A year ago today I started an Instagram account for @miles__apart Social media can get a bad wrap at times but when it’s used to create genuine heartfelt connection and solidarity the impact it can have is immeasurable. For many who’ve lost a baby it’s a modern day support group and for those who haven’t an invaluable way of helping someone you love by learning from shared experiences.
