13.01.2022 From pastry to filling, this is comfort cooking... Onion, carrot, celery + garlic cooked off until super soft. The best quality beef mince + dried porcini mushrooms added + cook until coloured. Add 1 cup port, tomato paste, mustard + simmer until thickened. Stir in a little flour to thicken. Season + sprinkle over chopped thyme + finely grated orange rind. Fill your pies.
