10.01.2022 Thats a wrap folks! Easter meat packages are all sold over 250 of them!!!!!! Did you know all of our meat is packaged in liquid lock clear packaging recycled from plastic containers. That means no more soak pads and better for our environment. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE.

09.01.2022 Check out some of the different creations we have, SALTIMBOCCA!! Saltimbocca translates as "jump in the mouth" and it is indeed so delicious that your mouth sings! It is a wonderful Italian veal dish that has been lined, wrapped with prosciutto and fresh sage. YUM
