21.01.2022 I have realised that food. Eating and cooking is ways going to be a part of my life. Q: But won't that make you fat? A: Well yes, but no.... It's all about balance. You gotta know your portion size. Yes I also hate weighing shit on scales and don't carry a measuring cup around with me too. 12.01.2022 Losing weight, burning fat, building muscle is a choice. One you must make over and over again. Multiple time per day.... 3 most overlooked choices. So small that you probably over looked them too. 1. Drink water vs coffee 2. Go to be instead.of watching T.V. 3. Walk instead of sitting down on your break. I even overlook them sometimes. But these plus many many more will make a huge impact.

They don't see results fast enough We overestimate what we can achieve in 1month and grossly underestimate what we can achieve in 1 yr.... To burn fat, and see results quickly you need to make a change with nutrition. Which requires will power and discipline. And exercise builds discipline and will power. Think back to where you were 3months ago, and if you are not happy with your current progress then set your previous 1 month goal for the next 3 months. You'll be amazed.
