10.01.2022 We are looking for an experienced cook that has a passion for quality, fresh food and is accustomed to working in fast paced hospitality environments. At the new Perth Children's Hospital, our Food Hall delivers a high level of product and service to staff, patients and visitors. The role is currently predominantly on week days, early mornings until mid day - mid afternoon. You will be making a range of items from home made sushi, rice paper rolls, noodles, burgers, rice dish...es, bakes and quiches, to preparing function catering, salads, sandwiches and fresh, modern bowls. We're fast without compromise and our food is delicious without scrimping on goodness. We roast our own coffee and our food is a combination of freshly made, quality produce that has been locally and ethically sourced where possible.
