This study will help further our understanding of diet quality and mood. The project aims to evaluate the acceptability of and engagement with a web-based nutrition education program. Findings from this study will help to guide the design of a future international, web-based dietary intervention that aims to evaluate the effectiveness of two nutrition interventions on depression.
