24.01.2022 Growing up my mum would always bring caramel tarts to BBQs for desserts. She still does and my sister and I have carried on the tradition - mostly because it's a stupidly easy dessert that is delicious! Who doesn't love a gooey caramel tart?! Here's my family's recipe for super easy and delicious gooey caramel goodness!

She would have given any of those celebrity chefs a run for their money with her eyes closed. a sign of a great cook was how you recover a disaster. Amongst other amazingly inspiring things that she would say to make you feel all warm and gooey inside even when you didn’t want to smile.

07.01.2022 I was a lil shocked at how difficult it is to buy South African food in Adelaide. In Brissy, South African pantry staples are available in Coles! Here is an incredible Safa Grocery store in Adelaide. He also has an online store that ships all over Australia. The range in amazing! Let me know if you've discovered anywhere else in Adelaide that has a range of South African food goodness!
