Yes ABC Landline has 30 candles on its cake for 2021. For many people around the country Landline and Gardening Australia Sunday stereo viewing. Come in from out in the paddocks or out in the garden, make a cuppa , have lunch and watch landline with a Gardening Aus chaser . Congratulations Pip and all your fellow presenters and of course researchers, producers, production and edit staff present and past who have made and continue to make landline the benchmark show that it is. I have been watching the show since the very start and have prepared and munched upon countless Sunday lunches or cuppas while watching the show. Thanks for so many inspiring and informative stories about individuals, families and communities living life on the growing our food and managing different landscapes from the mountains to the sea. 05.01.2022 Charlie Maslin assumed management of Gunningrah in 1987, and realised while you cannot control rainfall, you can change how you use the rain you receive. The Ma...slin’s shifted their focus from animals to the health of the land by maximising rainfall retention and improving groundcover, and therefore delivering more consistent profits and reduced inputs. On a hot day, Charlie observed a difference in soil temperature between bare soil and groundcover- watch the video to see what Charlie found. See more
