20.01.2022 FAQ - MORNINGTON COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL 7 MARCH 2020 TIMETABLE 11am Gates Open... 12:15pm - 1.00pm Oskar Proy 1.15pm - 2.00pm Gareth Leach 2.15pm 3.30pm Andrew Swift 3.45pm 5.00pm Hurricane Fall 5.15pm 6.30pm Sunny Cowgirls 7.00pm - 8:30pm Lee Kernaghan 9:30pm Event Closed WHAT YOU CAN BRING We will have over 300 chairs and tables on site, but we encourage you to bring your own picnic blankets, fold up chairs or bean bags etc. Its advised to bring a wide brimmed hat and sunscreen to the event. PROHIBITED ITEMS Bag checks will be in place. Items prohibited from entry are Alcohol, Glass, Pets, Tents, shadestructures, tables, metal cutlery, pets, umbrellas. professional cameras. ATM We will have ATM on site for you to grab some quick cash. Some food trucks may have and bar will have eftpos facilities FOOD You are able to bring your own food to event. Water must be in a sealed, clear container and food can be taken in, just not in a large esky. There are free water refills available once inside the festival.. The event will also have some of the best food trucks in melbourne on hand. Food Trucks TBC Shortly. PUBLIC BAR The public bar will also be open stocking a range of Beer, Wine, Spirits, Cider and Non Alcholic drinks. PLEASE NO BYO ALLOWED AND BAGS WILL BE CHECKED AT FRONT GATE!! CARNIVALE RIDES There will be plenty of Rides for you to enjoy TICKETING If you purchased multiple tickets then only one name will appear on tickets. You will receive 4 different confirmation emails and different Registration ID’s and QR codes so they can all be checked in independently. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Ebay, Gumtree, Facebook etc at customers own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honored. Please have your tickets printed or on phone ready for scanning at the gate. We will also send you copy of tickets 48 hours prior to event if you have misplaced your email PARKING We encourage everyone to car share, grab taxi or uber to lesson the impact of getting in and out of car park. Parking will free. REFUNDS No refunds at this event CONDITION OF ENTRY It will be a condition of entry that all bags, chairs, eskies and personal belongs be presented to security staff for inspection and scanning at entry. If patrons is caught attempting to bring BYO ALCOHOL into venue they will be refused entry without refund. WEATHER POLICY The event is an open air concert and will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation you will be notified via email and social media as well as website. 04.01.2022 Contacting Tracing and Covid Safe Plan for our Seaford Food Truck Carnivale We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to our second Seaford Food Truck Carniv...ale. The 2020 event will look a little different than 2019 due to Covid and for us its about trying to keep everyone safe. As part of our Covid Safe Plan for this event we can only have 999 people on site at anyone time. So we are implementing an online booking system in order to give us an understanding of how many people are going to come at certain times over the event weekend. This will not be compulsory for entry as you can just rock up at anytime/day, but in the case we may be reaching our maximum capacity people then who registered online will be given priority entry. Please note entry to event is still FREE of Charge. If you havent pre-registered thats ok, but we are hoping you will provide your details via our QR system onsite so we have your details if in future you need to be contacted for Covid reasons (this will not be compulsory). Quick and Easy process you can do with your phone camera. Please note there are specific times on the online system that you can select.
