25.01.2022 Launched awareness of our writing instruments recycling program, we showcased the Green Cone & Green Johanna, showed and explained the conundrum of waste soil, spoke of the NSW EPA Love Food Hate Waste program. Where? The Re-Expo!! A workshop of ideas. In the world that is the reuse, recycle, re-purpose and re-frame. Thinking and actions from a soil science point of view. Great discussions with an inspiring outcome!. Thank you to the Hoskins Parish Uniting Church and the Lithgow Environment Group - plus all the other stall holders to make the day a success!

21.01.2022 Innovative: we have used the egg carton seed starter not the citrus peel, toilet paper roll or the folded newspaper.

13.01.2022 PUBLIC DROP OFF POINT FOR WRITING INSTRUMENTS supported by Markets at the Foundations - Instead of the Council bin. Save to recycle and bring to the public drop off point, and enjoy the stalls.

07.01.2022 Now at markets at the Foundations, Portland NSW, 9 am - 2 pm SECOND SUNDAY EVERY MONTH

06.01.2022 What is a Green Cone? Ideal for kitchen food waste, but not hard cooked bones or shells. Soil microbes bacteria and fungi do the work. The sun keeps the cone warm.

03.01.2022 This survey is about the recycling of the products we buy. The business Terracycle creates opportunities for consumers to recycle and the industrial companies join up. You may have seen on our Facebook "Green Cone Kitchen Food Waste Project" that the Lithgow Portland area has a public drop off point for recycling writing instruments located at the Foundations Markets Portland NSW 2847. As part of raising awareness, recycling is not just a recycle bin at the kerb. Have a look ...at these opportunities and what the industry is thinking and get involved. Take the survey, you will be impressed! I did the survey, they asked me to share.
