17.01.2022 Our home delivery crew are humbled by the feedback they have received, and appreciate your patience as we work through the teething pains during this unpredictable time. To help us better serve your needs, we have made the decision to close all same day orders as of 20th April. We understand that this might be an inconvenience, however it will allow us to better coordinate orders both in store and across the town, streamlining the entire process. 17.01.2022 In the interests of staff health and safety, as of Friday, 27th of March, we will no longer accept Cash as a form of payment. We will be accepting Card payment only. We will make an exception for elderly citizens who do not have the ability to use card, however we urge customers to check in on their elderly family members and discuss if card payment is an option. 13.01.2022 We would just like to acknowledge the fantastic job all of our staff have been doing during this very trying time. Every one of them is putting in a huge effort to get stock on the shelves as quickly as possible while still trying to offer great customer service. Although we are quite used to dealing with large influxes of people into the store, we have never had to do this with such a short supply of products or without the help of our many holiday casual workers, so we apol...ogise for the standard of the store and any long checkout queues. We would also like to thank our loyal customers who have been so understanding during this time. To those who have offered kind words and encouragement, it is really appreciated. We understand your frustration at not being able to purchase certain products for days on end, but it is a testament to our fantastic community that we haven’t seen any of the behaviour that has occurred elsewhere.
