24.01.2022 Fook Shing is in its eight week of banquet menus! With full vegan and vegetarian menu options. This weeks main course is Northern Thai rabbit and green leaf curry amongst other amazing dishes. Also note that Fook Shing will be closed for two weeks from the 27th July and reopen on Thursday the 13th August. Its a tough time out there and we appreciate all the support that has been given by our lovely customers old and new! We are almost a year old and we look forward to seeing... you on the other side! 20.01.2022 Things are on the up! SO WE'RE HIRING Wait staff (Experienced) Experience with ala carte table service, wine and drink service. Previous experience in a restau...rant or high volume licensed cafe. Kitchen Hand / Prep Hand. Would suit a person with previous experience in a restaurant or cafe kitchen. Duties include washing of tableware, cutlery, pots and pans (and of course Woks!), cleaning floors during and at the end of a shift. Prep work will include picking herbs, preparation of fresh ingredients and working within a team under instruction during busy service times. Limited numbers in the bar apply as per Govt. directions) NO MORE TAKEAWAY SORRY!... 14.01.2022 Extended Bar Menu - mainly to include Prawn Toast for those who are drooling over it from last time. You all know who you are! 12-3pm 5.30pm Thursday through Sunday this week until bed time. No bookings required Max number in the bar 16 persons. Note we are closed from Monday 27th July until Thursday August 13th August when we will return with happy faces.
