09.01.2022 Hi there, this is Ben from Foot Haven Chermside. We are having a very busy afternoon on 21/01/2017. One of our clients came to the shop sitting there. She had an appointment at about 2:40. However, we didn't serve this lady. There is no excuse for such a mistake we made. We sincerely appologise for this client. ... If you can come back to the shop, please let us do the deluxe body massage for you for free. Apologies again for this lady and really hope that you can come back to us. We do pay a lot of attention to every client of us. Such mistake was not accepted.
