11.01.2022 A Message from FMG Founder Mr George Pagan:- Here are 3 important pieces of Advice I can offer any young soccer players who have aspirations of becoming a professional Soccer player. 1 The 3 A's ---- ATTITUDE , AMBITION , ABILITY . ... These are qualities that can be developed. Combine these and you could become a Champion Soccer Player. Not all professional players have equal amounts of these ingredients. Some players have bags of ability whilst other pros have less ability but make up for this with positive attitude and incredible determination 2 Set personal GOALS. Write them down. Set them High. set them Long term 5 years time, 3 years , 2 years, or 1 year, These Goals are your personal Goals, It is so important to then break long time Goals down into achievable Goals. Believe me when you achieve the first Goal sector it motivates you to carry on to achieve the next sector. MOTIVATION is an attitude and so important when setting Goals. 3 A Mountaineer is far from being a Soccer Player. However you can learn from them. Mountaineers know they will encounter difficult situations sometimes which often require them to go back before they can proceed forward again to reach there Goal. About George Pagan:- George was born in Scotland and went on to play professionally for Hearts of Midlothian in the highest league. He came to Australia in the 70's where he became a Football Coach winning 7 state championships as head coach for Grange Thistle, 3 state championships for Queensland Lions and eventually becoming Head State Coach for the Queensland Senior Men's team and an Australian Selector. Through the years George established FMG and continues to work tirelessly to establish international pathways for young Australian Football Players. 08.01.2022 Please visit www.footballmanagementgroup.com to see our latest developments. The attached photo is of our partner academy in Aeiro, Portugal just south of Porto. We chose Portugal as a development option because of high standards of facilities, staff and football with relatively low costs and ease by which long term visas an be obtained for non EU citizens. Our many years of experience have taught us that one of the major hurdles for young Australian players trying to prove themselves in Europe is the inevitable visa difficulty. This program offers a solution.
