Cassandra (Online Coordinator for Brightwater Care Group) had this to say about it: "Using slack to communicate with F2 has been a huge help in tracking which jobs have been requested and where jobs are up to in terms of what has been actioned or is still being investigated. 13.01.2022 Our recent #Loyalty & #Retention Management seminar in #Adelaide had the best attendance rate ever with people from 12 wineries and our integration partner SmartFreight in the room. We feel this demonstrates the maturity of the wine industry which is now pulling for the Holy Grail (a term used in the seminar) of integrated software systems - seamlessly integrated web with CRM, accounting and POS, and a central member record for purchase and interaction profiling.
