11.01.2022 Evening everyone!!! I've been working on an idea I've had for several months, and now finally... its going to be launching on Saturday May 1st! Each month I am going to be designing a once off Earring Kit - a kit that includes all the acrylic or wood pieces to make 6 pairs of earrings! It will retail at $49 plus post and will only be available to order for that month. Once its June - its gone! But there will be a new design available each month! Some months may even include ...additional findings or pendants, and each month will be different! (I'm also hoping to team up and collab with possibly some earring makers or even surface pattern designers for exclusive prints but that is a long term dream that hopefully I can make happen!) I have created this because I love craft - its my happy place, my sanity and I love it. People often say "You should sell that!" when I sew something or with earrings I've been making lately - but deep down my passion isn't in selling my craft (aside from our Foote and Flame products but I view that differently as that's created with Daniel also ) but my passion is in HELPING people how to make their own items. These kits are simple and allow people to use their hands and accomplish something that when someone says "OMG I love your earrings!" they can say "OMG thanks I made them!". It's such a great feeling! I also think these would be fabulous gifts, or even as a Birthday or Bridal Shower activity! To complete the kit you will need stud posts, jump rings (minimum 8mm diameter) and glue (I use Loctite Gel Control from Bunnings) and have access to pliers for the assembly - we will also have a findings add on option for $5 available for people who don't have their own findings. You can make the kit as designed or you can roam free and add charms or pendants, drill extra holes (I used a tiny hand drill that worked amazing on some parts when testing) swap how the pieces go together, the only limit is truly your imagination! 02.01.2022 Hello everyone! Hope you are all having a happy Friday! We have little request here at Foote and Flame to make things a little bit smoother for you and us! Sorry in advance for the long post but we are dealing with a lot of enquiries and orders at the moment and we do not want to miss anything. Please - if you need to get in touch with us about an order or a query then the easiest and quickest way to get a quality answer and resolution is to email us at ... [email protected] Why not message on Instagram or Facebook? We do monitor these inboxes however there are a few reasons why email is preferred. FB and IG messages tend not to be reliable. If you send us a photo via IG sometimes depending on your settings we can only view it once, and we may need to refer to it. Also we cannot easily search these inboxes. The main one though is if your username is Princess Sparkle Pony or something that’s not your name that you order things from the internets with than it delays us giving you an answer as we need to find out order details from you to look it up. Daniel is pretty smart but he is not a mind reader! Also - we try to monitor comments on posts but we don’t always get a notification/we get avalanches of notifications so it’s easy to miss if you are enquiring about an order via a post. If you have an order and it has gone missing or has arrived broken then please do email as we offer a replacement in these situations (which even though it’s at the hands of Australia Post and out of control we still do this because we want you to be completely happy with your order)
