25.01.2022 Hooray! It's finally here! Today we resume our classes in the Studio! Due to the new Government regulations the are so many changes to the way we run our Studio, so we've put up lots of signs to help you remember them all! Remember to socially distance staying 1.5 metres away from others at all times.... We support good hygiene practices. Be hygiene aware by washing your hands before you leave home. Sanitation stations are provided throughout the studio. While we encourage parents to "drop & go" if a parent or guardian does need to enter our Studio, hand sanitiser must be used upon entry and details must be registered via our contact tracing form. Please observe our area maximums: * Max 20 students in EACH studio * Max 6 people in our upstairs waiting area * Max 6 people in our downstairs waiting area * Max 1 person in each bathroom No Food is to be consumed in the Studios or waiting areas Remember these 4 simple steps to help stop the spread - Cough/sneeze into your elbow - Use a tissue - Pop your tissue in the bin - Wash your hands Use the Social Distancing markers on the floor to help you stay specially aware during your classes. We are so sad that due to circumstances beyond our control she is not able to continue teaching with us for the rest of 2020.. but in the short time we have known her she has become such a well loved part of our Footloose Family and we are counting down the days until she can join our team again in 2021!

22.01.2022 It's Footloose FUN Week!!! It's our Term 3 Dress Up Week and we are loving seeing the students dressing up in their favourite clothes /costumes!! It has been wonderfully colourful week so far and we have loved reminiscing when we see their old dance costumes!! We look forward to seeing more dress up fun over the next few days to wrap up what has been a fantastic Term back in the Studio!!

We know that loved ones will be lost, we are going to face financial hardships, small businesses and our economy will suffer.. It's the second Moving Bodies party I've taken my kids to this weekend and it once again got me thinking that we should do this! ... I've wanted to offer Birthday Parties at Footloose ever since we moved into our own Purpose Built Studios, but the timing has never been quite right! 2019 was a big year of change and 2020 was the year of Covid-19! But now..? Well, Covid-19 is settling down, our Studios are mostly back to normal and doing well and with the addition of our new Dance Cirque program.. 2021 might just be the year of Birthday Parties!! 18.01.2022 Our Troupes were SO excited to finally try on their costumes this week and the Berowra Junior Troupe loved doing their Dress Rehearsal today in preparation for their first Eisteddfod for the year! . Way back in March our Troupes received the devastating news their first performance for the year, and first ever appearance at the Easter Show, had been cancelled. What followed was a whirlwind of lockdown, isolation, online dance classes and learning from home, but even afte...r we were able to re-open our Studios, the fate of the eisteddfods still hung in a limbo of uncertainty. Will they or won't they be able to compete this year - that has been the question we have all been asking these last few months. . After all their hard work and dedication throughout what has been a terrible year, we are so thrilled they WILL get the opportunity to perform their routines and we can't wait to FINALLY see all our Troupes take to the stage at their first event these school holidays! 18.01.2022 It's time for a Pyjama Party. Our classes may be running online but that won't stop us from continuing our regular studio Fun Week! . Next week, starting Monday 1st June, students are encouraged to wear their pyjamas or onesies for their online classes. Best part is, if they forget it's not far to go to get them.
