24.01.2022 Today is the day!! After a very long year, this afternoon we are able to open our doors again. We would like to say a huge thank you to the FCGC families and wider community who have supported us through this time. Your kindness is what is allowing us to reopen today! ... Today is just the start. We are already looking forward to Nov 22nd when we can hopefully increase our class numbers and welcome even more people back into the gym. But for now we will make the most of jumping on the trampolines, swinging on the bars and seeing some of our gymnasts doing what they love!

By empowering teens to take ownership of their training goals and practices we see higher participation and retention rates within our teen program. 24.01.2022 Each Holiday Play session runs for 1.5 hours and is a free play session with opt in games and prizes to be won! Through their time in the gym participants will have free access to use any of the gymnastics equipment and explore and play however they would like. Our coaches will also lead some fun and simple games, such as limbo and musical chairs, which participants can choose to take part in. Last week gymnasts were asked to design an at home obsticle course that showed off some of their gymnastics skills! 18.01.2022 THANK YOU FCGC FAMILIES! The last two weeks has been a whirlwind of excitement and hard work but it has all been worth it! The care and support that everyone has show to our amazing club is a true indication of how strong the FCGC community is. Now, with the further easing of restrictions we are able to welcome even more gymnasts back to classes, but there are a few things we need you to know. Thanks to easing of restrictions we have been able to open up more spaces i...n our program. Please check your portal and if you would like to enrol, add a session or change days please get in touch. We continue to encourage grown ups to drop gymnasts off for class. However a limited number of spectators will now be allowed on site if the gymnast requires their adult to be there. A strict maximum of one spectator per gymnast can be accommodated for until our limited venue capacity is reached. All covid safe requirements will apply including social distancing and checking in via our QR code. We have 4 more weeks of classes before we finish up for 2020, so it’s not to late to sign up now

They are practicing taking turns, communicating with others and trying new things! Currently they are working towards and online Showcase Performance. One for pre-crawling children and one for children who are crawling and cruising.
