25.01.2022 Universal Children’s Day and the kids were in charge of curriculum for the whole day. It’s been a hard year for our young people and it was lovely to celebrate such a special day with them today. Here is our staff class photo.

21.01.2022 When Katie Hall MP arrives with a novelty cheque you know it’s going to be a good day. I am so thrilled to share the news that Footscray Primary School has been allocated $18.2million to upgrade our school. We were recently given the funds to design this work and we are so grateful that the design phase will now be able to become a reality by 2023. Thank you to everyone who has campaigned for this. Thank you, Katie Hall, for your continued work in improving the facilities at Footscray PS and thank you to the Minister James Merlino for this incredible funding.

13.01.2022 Our first order of bilingual books arrived today. We are continuing to source texts that represent all the languages spoken by our students. This is just the beginning! Thank you Katrina and Jess.
