23.01.2022 With the game between Essendon and Melbourne being postponed due to a positive coronavirus test, both teams will be treated as having a bye in Footy Rocks. That means any players you selected from those teams will be given their average season score.
22.01.2022 It's Round 5. Pick your players for the Thursday night Saints v Carlton match now. We'll have the rest of the team lists for the round just before of after the game so you can finish your selections.

18.01.2022 Round 8 is here. Pick your players now for the Gold Coast v Western Bulldogs game and come back Thursday night to pick players from the rest of the round's games. The next few weeks are going to be mad with games all over the place. We're working out the best way for Footy Rocks to work during this period and will announce it soon. [UPDATE] team lists have been updated with all games except Monday night's Freo v Geelong match. We will have those players ready for selection Friday night.
18.01.2022 Round 6 is here. Pick your Geelong and Brisbane players now and come back Thursday night to finish your team.
15.01.2022 We've made it to round 2. Hawthorn and Richmond players are available to select now. The rest will be in our database tomorrow night.
14.01.2022 Round 12 is now open. It's another quick-fire round so check in every day for the latest player positions.
14.01.2022 All the stats are now in for round 3 and selections are open for round 4. We have tweaked the weightings system so the players available to be selected should be more reliable. Make sure you check your team at the end of the week in case any players are injured.
11.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT Here is how we will be handling the next few rounds that have games every day of the week: 1) When the round starts we will pre-load the positions for every game as if all the teams have a bye. That means every player will be named in their previous week's position. ... 2) You log in as usual at the start of the round and pick your team as if it is a normal Friday to Sunday round and as if whenever you log in is a Thursday night. 3) As real team lists arrive we will update those teams. Your players will stay where you selected them but their official positions for penalty purposes will change. 4) You can log in during the week between games and move players, but you do not have to. 5) If you do not log in and move your players then penalties will be applied based on where they are actually named later in the round. We will be getting official team lists the afternoon before each game takes place. If you have any questions please ask below.
09.01.2022 Round 10 is now open. This will be the same as last round but with 4 bye teams. Pick any West Coast, Freo, Carlton or Hawthorn player and you'll get their average score minus any move penalties. Check back every day because selections will be open and up to date when games are not currently on.
08.01.2022 Round 4 is here already. Time flies when having fun. Pick your Swans and Doggies players now and come back Thursday night to finish picking the rest of your team.

06.01.2022 Footy's back! We're back! Get excited! Start picking your round 2 teams now. Richmond and Collingwood teams are already in our database. The rest should arrive Thursday night.
06.01.2022 Round 11 is now open. This is the last of the AFL's compressed rounds. After this we return to normal. Or whatever normal actually is these days.
05.01.2022 We should be getting the team lists for Monday's game between St.Kilda and Adelaide later today. That means you'll get a third go at picking your players after tonight's game. The next few weeks might get even sillier as the AFL squeezes extra mid-week games in to try to make a "longer" season. We can not see a problem with a short season. These are unique circumstances and pretending things have to be done the old ways is not a sensible approach.

04.01.2022 Round 2 results are in and you can pick your team for round 3. We will try to have selections open a few times over the Easter weekend so you can tweek your team. If you think any players are missing and you would like to choose them then let us know via Messenger and we'll make them available.
03.01.2022 Round 9 is now open. Log in and pick your team now. As previously announced, we get the official team lists the night before each game so we will be loading the positions from the previous round in at the start and then changing them as the official positions become available to us. 03.01.2022 Round 1 results are all in our database and round 2 is now open. Due to our new weighting system the positions for round 2 will effectively be where everybody was named in round 1. If one of your players is missing then message us and we'll add him to interchange for you.
