25.01.2022 I’m finally getting myself more organised for the upcoming markets here in Collie, there is just under 2 weeks to go!! Some photos of succulent bowls I’ve been busy creating... each pot/bowl I put together can take anywhere from half an hour to quite a few hours (sometimes I’ll even re do finished ones because I change my mind until I think they’re just right!) ... it’s a process and it can be messy, but this is what I love to do and I just hope you all like them

23.01.2022 This is excellent!

20.01.2022 Thankyou to all of my customers and all of you who came down to say hello yesterday. Another great Pageant and Markets held by the Lions Club in Collie this year. I’ve still got lots of succulent arrangements left over and they’ve got to move so I’m continuing with 20% off the marked price to move these babies. If you’re interested in anything please comment or send me a message.

15.01.2022 Sometimes you create something that you’re just not sure you can part with. For me, this is it, but yes, it WILL be available at my market stall Long, wooden, boat shaped ‘thing’, it’s longer than a ruler - so maybe 40/50 cm. Definitely a statement piece!! Drainage holes drilled and then sealed, lots of fiddling around with cuttings and babies..... all up about 3 hours and voila. Isn’t she gorgeous!? Imagine this as a centrepiece on your outdoor setting. (I can’t capture the whole thing on camera so a video will follow)

05.01.2022 Come along and celebrate a traditional Christmas at the annual Lions Club of Collie's annual Christmas Pageant. The Pageant is a major event on Collie's calenda...r, with a variety of markets and street entertainment and a community concert. The iconic Street Parade between 6pm and 7pm is always a highlight. Santa is very much a part of the evening, participating in the Parade in his sleigh, and posing for photographs with children. Browse the markets all through the beautiful Central Park between 2pm and 8.30pm, while the kids are kept amused by a huge variety of free entertainment on offer. The Collie Christmas Pageant is an alcohol-free event. Proudly supported by Collie & Districts Community Bank Branch, Coates Hire Collie, Shire of Collie, Coal Miners' Welfare Board, Collie Mail, Premier Coal, Griffin Coal, Synergy, Unity Bank, Collie Chamber of Commerce & Industry and McDonald's.

03.01.2022 I just had to share this amazing Calathea with you all, it may have even been my first ever houseplant. It looks this good even in bad lighting.

02.01.2022 Hey all, I know I’m late in drawing a winner for the Christmas giveaway, but better late than never. Instead of a hat I’ve used an online random name picker (easy!) and the winner is......... Donna Miller. Congratulations Donna. Please get in touch with me to organise pick up or drop off. Thanks to everyone for entering. I hope to see some of you at the Collie Lions Christmas pageant and markets tomorrow!
