It’s a model that is about pursuing partners not only because they provide value to you, but also because they can benefit from your company’s products, services, or brand recognition. The purpose of the alliance is to help each side reach their joint outcomes. It is ultimately an act of leveraging costs versus return. Let’s look at 5 common types of strategic partnership agreements:

20.01.2022 When I first started my Accounting Practice it was growing around an average of 30% per year simply from word of mouth only and soon I was working over 100 hours per week. This was burning me out. I also realised how it is not sustainable in the short term let alone the next 30 years as I was only in my early thirties. I didn’t see my family, I was missing out on watching my children grow up, I barely saw my closest friends and I had no time to do the things I enjoyed. What was the answer?
