19.01.2022 We’ve just launched Forage farm dinners! First event on 20th of Oct at Ravens Creek Farm in Moriac. Long table lunch. Slow roasted Ravens Creek pork encrusted with brown sugar, tarragon and dijon mustard, hand picked herb salad with leafy greens straight from the garden served with lemon myrtle vinaigrette and a mouthwatering chocolate pepper berry tart, all matched with Brown Magpie winesjust to name a few of the many dishes we’ll be serving up. 09.01.2022 We're proud to announce that Amanda Garner from Sorella Foods will be our amazing Chef for the long table lunch at Ravens Creek Farm. Slow roasted organic Ravens Creek pork, encrusted with Dijon mustard and lemon, locally sourced broad beans, garden fresh green peas, Meredith goats cheese all topped with oven roasted cherry tomato salad drizzled with a mint vinaigrette and Ravens Creek Berry pie are just some of the exciting dishes she's planning on serving up.
