21.01.2022 Hump day treat coming right up . These Super Seedy Granola Bars bought to you by @minimalistbaker. . Ingredients ... 1 1/2 cups F&G rolled oats 1/2 cup F&G raw almonds 1 packed cup of dates 2 Tbsp F &G chia seeds* (see note) 2 Tbsp F&G sunflower seeds 2 Tbsp F&G flax seeds 2 Tbsp F&G hemp seeds 1/4 cup of honey 1/4 cup creamy salted natural peanut butter . Method Toast your oats and almonds in a 176 C oven for 13-15 minutes. Process/chop dates until small bits remain. It should form a dough like consistency. Place oats, almonds and dates in a large mixing bowl. Add seeds and set aside. Warm honey and peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir and pour over oat mixture and then mix. Transfer to an 88 dish or other small pan lined with plastic wrap or parchment paper so they lift out easily. Cover with baking sheets and press down with something flat, such as a book, to get them really packed tight. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden. 09.01.2022 Hump day goodness, Granola INGREDIENTS: 1 x Cup F&G rolled oats 1/2 x Cup F&G shredded coconut ... 1/4 x Cup chopped F&G almonds 1/4 x Cup F&G Pepita Seeds 1 x Tbsp F&G Flaxseeds 1 x Tbsp F&G Chia seeds 1 x Tbsp F&G Hemp seeds 2 x Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 x Tbsp maple syrup 1/2 x Tsp vanilla extract 1/2 x Tsp F&G Himalayan fine salt METHOD Combine maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and set aside. Toss together oats, coconut, almonds, and the 4 seeds in another bowl. Fold together wet and dry mixtures and press firmly on a baking sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes in preheated 300 oven.
