09.01.2022 The perfect NYE cocktail to shout adios to 2020 by the beautiful people at @hepburnspringsgin topped with our dried edible flowers C O C K T A I L H O U R Ringing in New Years Eve-Eve-Eve with a classic Gin Fizz. Combine 60ml Hepburn Springs Gin, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup and an egg white in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake. Top with ice and shake again.
