19.01.2022 New items to the menu. Who wants to try this? Nori Salmon fillet. Try this with a glass of Sauvignon Gris ~ unusual Loire white ~ A mouthful of fennel and celery and green capsicum, softened by sweet juicy citrus and then a trail of wild flower and grass on the finish.
