09.01.2022 OT is the early morning shower assessment, ensuring our people are safe and comfortable within their normal routine. OT is the night thoughts that continue on after the day is done. It is the problems and the solutions that swirl around while we sleep. It is the trials and tribulations of equipment, when searching for the right fit. It’s that gut feeling when you know something isn’t right. It’s the wins and the losses. It’s the empathetic bond that at times can be a lil heavy.
