18.01.2022 'Recipe for Success' Business Building 101 Course 12 x 2hrs per week boot camp. For women, by women. Sunshine Coast.

05.01.2022 As women, we are incredibly adept at ’keeping it all in’. This is counter productive. I dislike the word ’hysterical’ when it is used in the negative, especially about women. In Victorian times, women who spoke up, complained, got angry, aggitated or basically upset the male status quo, were diagnosed with Hysteria! It was regarded as an illness.... Hysteria is from the Greek word hystera, meaning uterus. How interesting that it was used against women in the 19th century. Language is incredibly powerful, as we know. I am a great believer in embracing that power. If your day throws you a few curly ones, I recommend a good ’release shout’. It relieves stress, makes you feel better and brings you back to a calmer centre. You can choose any word you like. In the film Fried Green Tomatoes, Kathy Bates character discovers her inner strength and used TOWANDER as her power word. What's your power / release word?

03.01.2022 Confidence is the biggest hurdle for most women. The lack of it stops us getting jobs, promotions, starting up businesses, trying new things, speaking in public, saying no and a thousand other things we could all think of. 2019 will see the launch of a series of womens’ workshops on the Sunshine Coast, using comedy role play as a vehicle for personal growth and building confidence. COMING SOON......
