19.01.2022 6 Hours of braap. #Rental. I went home for ride of the trail bike in the arvo, uphill was bloody hard, downhill..well felt like an awkward transition but i guess i was mega tired. I can definitely see the benefits of X-Training with this, upper body fatigue, cognitive load testing, more drift time and i noticed i was holding my line better on the MTB after spending all day trying to muscling the moto bars. Thanks @samuelfrasermtb for talking me into it.
19.01.2022 Toowoomba’s First Group Mountain Bike Coaching session was a success. I’m very happy with the resources available for coaching and with the positive feedback.
