20.01.2022 This month we are focusing on health and well-being. A sedentary lifestyle is considered the new cancer, with constantly sitting down at our desks having terrible side affects on health....including our backs and hips, posture, weight, anxiety and depression to name a few. We've put in place stand-up desks, walking at lunch time, clean, healthy eating AND the girls have taken up yoga (Neale is yet to get into his activewear! Don't worry....we will definitely post pics!).
