17.01.2022 Meet Tracey, a Workers Compensation and Injury Management Coordinator at our Emeco office in Osborne Park, WA. In her role, Tracey manages all work and non-work related employee injury and illness cases and return to work plans for Emeco Group employees. Tracey started at Emeco in 2019 as an Administration Assistant. She then transitioned to various roles within the business as an Executive Assistant, HR Administrator and Health and Safety Administrator before landing the j...ob she is in today. Quite the Emeco journey Tracey! When asked what she loves about Emeco, Tracey said I’m grateful for the opportunities and really enjoy my current position as it aligns with my passion for health, fitness and injury rehabilitation. I have been a personal trainer for 16 years and I love to bring my knowledge into my everyday role. Tracey adds, I enjoy being able to assist employees return to work fully rehabilitated within short timeframes. It feels good to see them happy, healthy and safe going back to their everyday pre-injury role. Good on you Tracey! Some advice Tracey has for anyone wanting to join Emeco is Turn up, be present and be prepared to work hard, and opportunities will come your way. In her free time, you’ll find Tracey teaching fitness classes, hanging out with her kids or taking her puppy to the beach.
