24.01.2022 The goal was to build the perfect all round streetcar, we'd say that's been nailed. Over the last month it's been thrashed at Powercuise, plenty of street duties, Roll Raced and now on it's 2nd ever pass runs a 8.9 @ 157mph in less then ideal air conditions. It was raced as it's driven, pump E85, full exhaust, full interior and still on stock axles. 23.01.2022 Barra Mechanical Fuel Pump Brackets and Kits!!! The time has come to make these available to everybody. From initial modelling, to test fitting, and a few revisions later, finally have a product that works, whilst fully retaining the aircon. These have been 100% Designed and modelled in-house, And machined locally in Australia.... The brackets primarily designed to suit a Waterman Sprint fuel pump, but with small modifications will fit an Enderle 110. The bracket kits are ready to ship now, and can be modified to add a Waterman fuel pump and all the other to get the pump mounted on the motor. Basic Bracket kits start at $695.... Using quality Australian products supplied by Process West and Plazmaman with a heap of in-house fabrication including our custom fit 4in exhaust and external gate setup we were able to deliver a tidy oem finish product but also a vehicle thats quiet at cruise but rowdy when its called for. 22.01.2022 We finally found some time to run in and dyno our 1jz powered Toyota Corona. Now with a KPM Performance Engines built bottomend/cylinder head package, Procharge Turbochargers 76mm Turbo & SDE Torque Converters. It also received a complete inhouse rewire with a Emtron Engine Management Electronics KV8 ecu. 19.01.2022 Recently upgrade we completed on the Holden Colorado. Firstly fitting some upgraded silicone intercooler hoses, supplied by plazmaman.com, and then performing an ECU remap, concentrating on torque and reliability while towing a caravan through regional areas. Drivability is vastly improved, and with the extra torque available, hills are now a breeze to go over. ... PSIJNKI got a touch up to suit the now functional inhouse designed bolt on mechanical fuel pump setup and CANNO the immaculate FGF6 we put up a few wks ago got it's first taste of boost. Both are far from absolutely leant on, we just think they don't need anymore then that to destroy some tyres........ 17.01.2022 Not a bad way to spend a Friday with P1UM8 the Haltech controlled Barra powered VL getting its first hit out with the new TBRE Performance billet crank engine cracking the megawatt and finishing up at 1444rwhp. It also got a Procharge Turbochargers 85mm billet wheel upgrade which showed significant gains over the previous unknown turbo. 17.01.2022 After coping a belting the last 2 days at Powercruise 77 we thought we'd run CANNO the beautifully presented FGF6 from previous posts down the track before it makes the long trip back home to central qld. It's not just pretty to look at but first and only pass it ran a 9.1 @ 159mph and on stock axles hence just walking it out of the hole with a 1.7 60ft. After a swap to a Garrett Gen2 94mm turbo we gave the infamous PSIJNKI a quick hit to see how it would react, it made alot more then we expected before it ran out of gate spring. 16.01.2022 We had a chance to get back to the track for a few passes with P1UMB the Barra powered VL where it pb'd with a 8.02 and cracked the 170mph mark. At 3400lb, still with the full exhaust and pump e85 we're close to that 7sec mark in full street trim. 14.01.2022 One of our long time favourite cars came back to us with the new owner wanting to update the ecu and ignition system in preparation for not only roll racing but for when it hits the track. We removed the Haltech PS2000 and ls1 coils and fitted an Elite 2500 and IGN-1A coils with a new inhouse custom fabbed wiring harness, also modifying/updating the fuel system with some Pierburg fuel pumps. With it's 400 plus ci engine built by KPM Performance Engines and a Gen1 88mm GTX55 i...t made 1030 plus hp at 20psi while torturing the converter. 14.01.2022 Recently saw the completion of a full custom rewire, of the engine control to suit the new chosen ECU. Completed in house, with quality materials (Tefzel/Raychen DR25) to accompany the host of sensors we also added. The vehicle in question.... Johns very own 1JZ powered Toyota Corona wagon. Major component comprised of:... Emtron Engine Management Electronics KV8 Emtron 8 button keypad Aim MXP Strada 6 display Conversion to drive by wire Adding all the vital engine sensors for pressures and temperatures Driveshaft speed This job also seen the require to have some custom mounting brackets made up for the bulkhead connectors, DBW pedal, and full dash insert to mount the AIM MXS in place of the original dash. All these parts were drawn up in-house, and 3D printed for us. Sometimes it the little finishing touches, that make all the difference. All the above parts can be supplied, fitted, and the configured and tuned. So give us a call, if you have a rewire job... No job too big or too small. #WiredbyFPT

With a complete inhouse fabricated wiring harness, we've added provision for FBW, torque management, cruise control, e-map, pulsed nitrous & water/meth injection, boost control, knock sensors, staged fuel pump control and making the most of their engine protection with the addition of pressure sensors. If you are sick, do not attend the workshop (wether its suspected COVID19 or just a cold). Jamie has a high risk son at home that is already in self isolation away from his school because if he gets sick, we do not know how bad it will be. This includes the yearly flu strains. We are shutting the office and workshop to walk ins, dont go bashing on the doo...r to get our attention. Ring 0407813868. If you have been overseas or in contact with someone that has been overseas in the last 14 days or has suspected or confirmed COVID19, do not attend the workshop (you should be in self quarantine anyway). The borders are shut so this should not be an issue moving forward. No walk ins, by appointment only. Ring 0407813868. Please do not pay by cash. We do not want to be handling any cash and do not be offended if we ask you to pay by EFTPOS or direct deposit, no cheques accepted unless its a bank Cheque. If you would like a contactless drop off/ pick up of your vehicle, please ask, we can work something out. Ring the workshop on 0407813868, dont ask us face to face. This is our preferred method moving forward. When/If the country goes into full lockdown, we will not be open as we are not a general mechanical workshop per say and have high risk family at home. If it is an emergency repair, message the page and we will see what we can do. We are business as usual at this stage just with new measures in place. Im pretty sure all car events are no longer on, but in the event one does run, do not ask for face to face track support, its not going to happen. Already fitted with a built motor from TBRE Performance and previously making 800 plus hp with a Procharge small frame turbo we upgraded it to Procharge Turbochargers PRO76, 2433cc Siemens injectors, Process West S3 I/C and just because a Nitrous Outlet dry shot system. On boost only is made a peak of 1080 plus rwhp and out of interest we did a few runs with the gas on and made 1230 pl...us hp. Dan at Fablab has done an amazing job with the fab work shoehorning the 4.0L and everything around it into something that was never intended to take such an engine or combo!!! It's not far off coming home for us to finalise what's left so we can get it back on the road/track.... With several of our cars at the limit of what electrical pumps can supply, taking into consideration the heavy electrical load multiple pumps add to the system, we started the process of developing a bolt on mechanical fuel pump option for the Barras that still allows the streetcar comforts of AIRCON!!! It's a 2 piece Billet bolt together bracket drawn up and designed inhouse and machined by our mates at MF...P Australia in Brisbane. We'll save the finer details for after testing has been completed but we're looking foward to the extra flexibility this will give us and taking away the fuel system as a HP limitation.
