25.01.2022 To all FEA families, athletes and staff. The Prime Minister has just announced the closure of all sporting venues as of 12noon Monday 23rd. This means both FEA locations will be closed for classes tomorrow lasting for up to a month, when the Prime Minister will review this policy. We will send you more info soon once it's available to us. We are meeting with our staff tomorrow morning to put in place our virtual classes (as mentioned in my FB live last week). We are going to... need a couple days to get everyone online and running so please bear with me, but this will NOT stop FEA! We will send you an update tomorrow about what this means for tuition and fees etc. The health and wellbeing of our athletes, families and staff still remain our number one priority. Our virtual classes will include - weekly team live face to face with coaches for cheer and dance teams. - daily classes for you to take, tumble shapes and drills, flexibility, flyers, dance teach, and conditions - one on one virtual privates in dance, tumble, conditioning, flyers, flexibility - FB groups, coaches will post homework and home drills to do. Our aim is to have these up and running on Wednesday, ill keep you updated. This has been very sudden, even though we had planned to get this virtual system up and running this week , we had no idea the PM was to make this decision with little time to prepare. I also know this news is going to be devastating for our athletes. Remember we are a family we are here for each other, your team mates will need your support now more than ever. We are not giving up we will get through this. This is going to be a tough time for all of us, for FEA, our coaches, athletes and families. We will all need your support over this trying time.
